Any lesson time can be either online or in-person, as long as we know in advance what your preference is. If you need to change the status of your lesson to switch to online or in-person, please use  the form linked here, rather than emailing or calling in.  If you are an online student by default, your name will have an asterisk * next to it in our system and in your reminder emails.

 

Covid-19- If any of our staff have symptoms of Covid-19 or a positive test, they may be teaching remotely while they recover.  If you are informed that your teacher is working remotely, you can either stay home and use Zoom, or you may still come in-person and your teacher will see you on the computer in the lesson room. You may also choose to cancel and reschedule for a make-up time, but we recommend doing a Zoom lesson instead if possible.

 

If you or your student, have symptoms of covid-19 or test positive, please request to have an online lesson via the form above. 

 

All staff have been vaccinated and wear masks. 

All students are required to wear masks during the lessons.

Weather- If we should need to make a change to our operations due to weather, an email will be sent by the early afternoon to all students on schedule for the day.  Your lesson will likely still be able to take place remotely. You may decide to cancel and reschedule for a make-up time, but we recommend doing a Zoom lesson instead if possible. Since our program operates in the afternoon hours only, it is sometimes best to wait to see how conditions are throughout the day before making decision.
